TIER LEVELS

This section explains the basic levels of compliance. 

TIER-1

The entry or minimum level of compliance you should have is TIER-1. 

Having a Cookie and Privacy policy (is required), as a bare minimum. Within these policies are required statements on the usage of user and personal data.

This level is a minimum for small websites that DO NOT sell directly, have an online store or collect user and personal data for marketing a resale services.

Guidance and governance is required for the further use of collected, stored and management of user and personal data. Policies to manage online sales such as (Terms of service), Returns and shipping policies explain how your business operates under these sections. They are designed to clarify and help, not hinder your business or your customer experience.
